Children’s books always have a nice way of reminding, even us adults, to stay true and be happy with who we are and even accept others for who they are🌈. That is exactly the message that Matilda Rose beautifully conveys in this story.
Tim Budgen illustrated Pugicorn and everything about it is adorable. The brilliant use of colour, sparkle and glitter. Its perfect for a little girl. The front cover also has a lovely touch and feel effect.
Lily thoroughly enjoyed this book as she carried it around with her for days looking at the pictures.
As Lily starts school this year, I want to always remind her that she is unique and should never fall under pressure to be someone else 💕
